Kristin Kelly Freeman is the Founder and Principal Broker-In-Charge of BlueStar Real Estate, she is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of experience. Kristin specializes in residential and commercial sales, commercial development, and boutique and independent hotel and vacation rental acquisition and management. Kristin is a dedicated real estate professional who is deeply committed to helping her clients maximize the value of their investments. She prioritizes open communication and takes the time to truly listen, asking thoughtful questions to fully understand each client’s unique goals and vision. Kristin’s personalized approach, combined with her strategic focus on return on investment, ensures that her clients receive expert guidance tailored to their needs—every step of the way.

Since founding BlueStar Real Estate in 2018, Kristin has been dedicated to innovation and simplifying business practices while staying abreast of all factors influencing the market. Her commitment to the community is evident through her role as vice-chair on the NHC Zoning Board of Adjustments, her involvement with CFR local Government Affairs Committee, and her volunteer work as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for abused and neglected children.

Kristin saw a need in the community and developed our property management division from the ground up in 2021 in order to provide a unique level of upscale hybrid hospitality management focusing on high level service and the best technology in the industry. Kristin specializes in start-up and acquisition transition management for boutique and independent hotels and vacation rental investors. Currently, we manage over $4 million in revenue.
